Contact one of the the safety stations that are posted throughout the park during festivals, go to the front gate, or call the gate at 440-548-2716.

If you're camping when there is no festival, you'll purchase your tickets at the gate upon entry. If you purchased festival passes online, please have them ready upon arrival.

To camp or attend an event, all patrons must present a valid photo ID at the gate. You'll also need a screenshot of the confirmation page for the NLQP waiver.

All vehicles that enter the gate with just one person will be assessed a carpool fee of $10 per vehicle.

Please be aware that we allow no glass bottles, hatchets, machetes, saws, or weapons of any kind.

While day passes include everything from hiking and biking to swimming and cliff diving, camping passes include camping as well. Festival passes include all of these things plus live entertainment.

The gate opens for admission at 8am on weekends, 10am on weekdays. The water is open from 10am to 7pm weather permitting. Day passes are good until 8pm, camping passes are good until 8pm on the day of your departure. Gate is open 24 hours on weekends, but the cutoff time to avoid paying for the night before for camping is 8am.

Yes, a fire ring should be provided at each campsite and the fire must be limited in size to the confines of that ring.

All patrons must burn seasoned firewood ONLY, stacked no larger than 2 feet high and 3 feet wide. No wet or unseasoned wood, no treated wood, no garbage, no plastic.

If you're attending a festival and buy a Group Pass with a reserved site (at ticketquarry.com), you can choose your own campsite. All other sites are first-come-first-serve, so you may want to arrive early to get a prime spot.

You're allowed 3 tents, which must be 5 feet apart and 10 feet away from the fire.

Yes, you can have 2 vehicles at the typical site, depending on how much room there is available. We ask that you please do not encroach upon either the roadway or other people's sites.

Anyone camping must bring or have access to proper camping gear, including a tent, an RV, a camper, or a van. Sleeping in actual cars is not permitted by law.

Yes, we have an RV section designated for pull-behinds and RV's. It has a dump station, and many of the sites have electricity, which is first-come-first-serve.

In addition to paying regular admission, all parties bringing a camper or RV to a festival must purchase one of the following: an All-Weekend Pop-Up Pass for $50, an All-Weekend Camper Pass for $75, or an All-Weekend RV Pass for $100. Please also note that parking is often limited at our larger shows especially, so if you are bringing a camper or RV we suggest purchasing Camper & RV Pass at ticketquarry.com to guarantee your entry.

Day passes aren't typically sold for our larger festivals especially, unless it's the last day of a festival and there are no live acts.

We only offer day passes during the smallest festivals, of which there are merely a few per year. Day passes are typically limited to both weekdays & weekends when there are no festivals.

Only on the second-to-last day of the festival, typically a Saturday, good for one night of camping.

No one under 18 can camp or attend music festivals unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This does not include day passes for swimming and hiking.

We allow dogs from Oct 1 - May 1.  To gain entry for your dog, you'll need $10 and a rabies-vaccination tag that is clearly displayed on your dog's collar throughout the duration of your stay.

Registered service animals are permitted in the park year round.

Emotional support animals, or comfort animals, are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Patrons can leave and re-enter during normal hours of operation unless there's a festival going on. There's also no re-entry from midnight to 8am on non-festival days.

If you have an emergency, need to work, or have sleeping accommodations elsewhere, you must always sign out at the gate upon your exit(s) so an exception can be made for you to return.

Yes, weather permitting the water is open from 10 AM to 7 PM every day from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The general rule is that if it's at least 70 degrees and sunny, the water is open.
