Six ways onto the team

Most roles are seasonal — Memorial Day through Labor Day — with some availability through festival weekends in early fall. Weekend availability is required.

  • Seasonal · Cert required

    Lifeguards

Watch the swim quarry from the beach and dock platforms during posted swim hours (10 AM – 7 PM, Memorial Day to Labor Day). Current lifeguard certification with CPR/First Aid required. We train on quarry-specific protocols.

  • Seasonal · Customer-facing

    Gate & Front Office

Greet day-pass guests and arriving campers, process payments, answer questions, and keep the front-gate flow moving on busy summer Saturdays. Friendly and unflappable wins this role.

  • Seasonal · Physical

    Grounds & Maintenance

Mowing, trash sweeps, restroom upkeep, trail and beach cleanup, light repairs. Comfort with hand tools, mowers, and the occasional weed-whacker. Driver's license preferred.

  • Event-based · Long weekends

    Festival Crew

Pre-event setup, on-site support during festival weekends, and tear-down. Stage-adjacent help, parking direction, vendor assistance, recycling and waste rounds. If you've worked festivals before, tell us where.

  • Seasonal · Overnight

    Camp Host / Overnight Patrol

Walk the campground after-hours, answer guest questions, enforce quiet hours, and radio in anything that needs daytime staff. Calm presence and good judgment. On-site stay included.

  • Event-based · Cert required

    Scuba Support

Help dive schools and certified divers check in, brief on quarry entry points, and monitor the dive area. Open Water certification minimum; Rescue or Divemaster preferred.
